Neocom Multimedia SA is 70% owned by the holding company Platon-Laroche SA, the capital of which is owned by the Neocom Multimedia company directors as well as two investment funds.
The nominal capital of the group is 1 271 603 € and is composed of 1 668 235 shares.

Last Financial Update: March 2009
The 2008 financial year was marked by a change of shareholders in the middle of the year, followed by restructuration measures, notably with the reorganisation of the moderation operations and the closing down of foreign subsidiaries, judged to be non-strategic.
These actions, recorded as exceptional, resulted in a negative impact on 2008 turnover in the region of 400K€ but will allow the company to make significant savings in 2009. Within this context of reorganisation and takeover, as well as the difficult current economic situation, Neocom Multimedia recorded a net turnover of 7.9 million Euros in 2008 against 9.7 million Euros in 2007 and an operational profit of 0.52 million Euros against 0.84 million Euros in 2007. Neocom Multimedia has zero financial debt and maintains a net treasury of 2.5 million Euros.
2009 will be a year of significant advance and change, with the new team of directors pushing forward with their strategy based principally on growth in mobile phone markets and online payment solutions. The board of directors meeting held on the 25 March proposed of a 0.38 euro dividend per shareholder action.
